Jamie Oliver and Gennaro Contaldo go off the beaten track to the little-known region of Basilicata in search of old-fashioned Italian recipes, and meet a shepherd family who still cook as their ancestors did hundreds of years ago. Jamie puts an Italian twist on a Sunday roast with his herb-stuffed leg of lamb and roast potatoes with sticky onions, before being put through his paces by an 89-year-old macaroni master and cooking up a simple spicy sausage and pepper pasta
