Celebrity passengers visit Royal Caribbean’s private island for the first time

Two Celebrity Cruises ships visited sister brand Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day on the private island of CocoCay this week.

This is the first time celebrity guests have visited the island in the Bahamas. The port is included in Celebrity’s short Caribbean itineraries for 2024.

President Laura Hodges Bethge said: “Guest feedback inspired the new shorter Caribbean itineraries, designed to provide year-round opportunities to relax with loved ones. The introduction of Perfect Day at CocoCay presents new experiences for Celebrity guests looking for a quick beach getaway.”

Celebrity reflection And Celebrity beyond will visit Perfect Day at CocoCay during five-night Western Caribbean sailings, departing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Western Caribbean itineraries also include calls to the sun-soaked destinations of Bimini, Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Key West.

Celebrity also announced the 2025-2026 Caribbean cruise season, with three-, four- and five-night breaks from Fort Lauderdale on Celebrity reflection And Top Celebrities.
