Join Harvard University’s FXB Center for Health and Human Rights for a virtual conversation to discuss key findings from the Child Migrants in Family Immigration Detention in the US: An Examination of Current Pediatric Care Standards and Practices report, released in January was published, discussed and contextualized. 2024. Our speakers will describe the impact of the report on policy implications for the future, delve into legal challenges in the current climate, and discuss the need for greater transparency in the border security process and oversight of child-specific processes. A question and answer session will follow.
