Shangri-La introduces two new properties in China: Business Traveler

Shangri-La Group has unveiled two new properties in China: Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen and JEN Kunming by Shangri-La.

Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen is the group’s 91st hotel under the Shangri-La brand worldwide and the fourth hotel in Shenzhen.

Located atop the towering Shenwan Huiyun Center, Shangri-La Nanshan, Shenzhen enjoys a prime location at the intersection of three metro lines (lines 2, 9 and 11), and it is only two stops away from the Futian high-speed railway station, and a 35-minute drive from the Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.

The hotel’s 272 rooms occupy the top 13 floors of the commercial skyscraper, offering views of Shenzhen Bay and the Hong Kong skyline, or the Overseas Chinese Town Wetland Park.

The 77th floor wellness club offers an escape with expansive views for exercise and relaxation, while culinary experiences await at Café 66 (the all-day restaurant), as well as Summer Palace (the Chinese restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine combined with modern Chaoshan signs).

Meanwhile, JEN Kunming by Shangri-La is located on the city’s First Ring CBD Road, with easy access to Metro Line 3.

Popular tourist and cultural attractions including Kunming Museum, Nanqiang Night Market and historic Qianwang Street are a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

JEN Kunming by Shangri-La features 274 smartly designed rooms and an extensive wellness club. The OpenHouse restaurant serves Yunnan and Asian dishes.

JEN Kunming is part of the first launch of the group’s dual-brand project, including the upcoming Shangri-La Kunming, set to open in 2025.
