It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Joseph Henry announces his passing on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital at age 70. Peter was born on October 19, 1953 in Fredericton, NB, the son of the late Emmett and Marie (Legace) Henry.
Peter will be forever loved and missed by his loving and devoted wife Donna; daughters Angie (Jonathan) and Jennifer (Andrew); brothers, Emmett Jr. (Brenda), Gordon (Cindy), Danny (Ida) and Steven (Alice); sisters, Dorothy Mackinnon, Gladys Brown, Kathy (Dean) Donaher, Shirley Henry and Rose Henry (Paul Griffiths); grandchildren Phillip, Breton and Jack; sisters-in-law Carol Henry and Betty Ann Henry; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Peter was a very hard worker. He owned and operated his own concrete company, D&P Contractors. He enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends. Peter loved his family and his two furry companions, Chip and Pebbles.
Predeceased by his parents Emmett and Marie, brothers, Hector, Bernard, James and John.
According to Peter’s wishes, there will be no service. Donations in his memory to the SPCA are appreciated.
