OCI denounces rise in crime and terrorism by Israeli settlers in the West Bank – Odd News

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OCI) issued a statement through the agency on Sunday 14 HE DIEDcondemning the increase in crimes and acts of terror committed by extremist settler groups under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces against Palestinians and their properties in several villages in the West Bank.

The OIC described the attacks, which included shooting at Palestinian residents and destroying property, as an extension of Israel’s aggression against the Palestinian people. The organization stressed that such actions constitute a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.

The Islamic organization held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the consequences of the continued daily crimes and attacks on Palestinians.

Furthermore, he urged the international community, and especially the UN Security Council, to fulfill its responsibilities by providing international protection to the Palestinian people.

The OIC also stressed the urgent need for an immediate and comprehensive cessation of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

Finally, he reiterated the importance of holding the Israeli occupation accountable for all crimes against the Palestinian people, their land and holy sites.
