Laredo Animal Care Services is launching its spay and neuter voucher program

Laredo Animal Care Services announced the launch of the Spay and Neuter Voucher Program, aimed at promoting responsible pet ownership and controlling the pet population in the community.

Beginning May 2, Laredo ACS will accept applications for vouchers that can be used at six different veterinary clinics in Laredo.

The Spay and Neuter Voucher program aims to reduce the number of unwanted litters and help reduce pet overpopulation problems in Laredo. By providing financial assistance to pet owners, Laredo ACS hopes to make spaying and neutering more accessible and affordable for residents.

Residents interested in participating in the Spay and Neuter Voucher program can visit Laredo ACS in person or complete the application electronically. It is important to note that only the first 500 applicants are eligible to receive a voucher, and only one pet per household is eligible. Interested persons are therefore encouraged to register quickly.

Once approved, voucher recipients will have the opportunity to redeem their vouchers at one of six participating veterinary clinics in Laredo. These clinics partner with Laredo ACS to provide high-quality spay and neuter services to program participants.
