Bandits kill 3 Zamfara security outfit officials

Three officials of the Zamfara State-owned Community Protection Guard, CPG, have been ambushed and killed in Jambako area of ​​Maradun Local Government Area of ​​the state.

A source, Sanusi Muhammad, told our correspondent that the bandits ambushed the CPG officials in Tungar Nayarciga on their way to Faru town.

According to him, the bandits also took away their weapons and bicycles.

The attack has caused tension and fear among residents of the area.
