FAILURE TO COMPLY, POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME

Cornwall, ON – A 14-year-old Cornwall male was arrested on May 2, 2024 and charged with failure to comply with parole order and possession of property obtained by crime. It is alleged that on May 1, 2024, the young person was bound by a release order with the relevant condition of remaining at his home between certain hours. On May 2, 2024, police were dispatched for a bail violation and an investigation ensued. It is alleged that the juvenile violated his release order on May 1, 2024 and was also in possession of stolen property. On May 2, 2024, the juvenile was located, taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

DEPOSIT

Cornwall, ON – Taylor Wilkinson, 38, of Kingston, was arrested on May 2, 2024 on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that the man was supposed to go to police headquarters for fingerprinting on April 4, 2024, but failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 2, 2024, the man went to police headquarters to discuss the case. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on June 13, 2024.

DEPOSIT

Cornwall, ON – Sky Roach, 21, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 2, 2024 on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that the man was supposed to attend court on April 9, 2024, but failed to do so. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On May 2, 2024, the man went to police headquarters to discuss the case. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on June 13, 2024.

SHOP LIFT, OBSTRUCTOR PEACE OFFICIAL

Cornwall, ON – Kaylee Mallett-Lefave, 32, of Cornwall, was arrested on May 2, 2024 and charged with theft under $5,000 and obstruction of peace officer. It is alleged that on May 2, 2024, the woman visited a Water Street business, selected merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The woman was located and while in custody, she allegedly provided false information to police. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 14, 2024.
