Military power – how British business could benefit from Britain’s renewed defense focus

This month marks 25 years since I graduated from RAF Cranwell, as a fresh but very tired pilot officer, to join the 7644 (VR) Media Operations Squadron. During my career as a reservist in the RAF over the next ten years, I had the privilege of working with colleagues who had a super strong work ethic, an analytical mind and a ‘can do’ attitude. Reserves are often transferred to regular units with just hours’ notice and must demonstrate significant resilience.
