Justice room evacuated due to suspicious package

CASPER, Wyo. – The Hall of Justice at 201 N David St. has been evacuated due to a reported suspicious package, Casper Police spokesperson Amber Freestone told Oil City News.

The package was reported shortly after 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2. Special response teams and fire personnel were observed at the scene.

“Administrative services operating out of our front office are currently unavailable,” the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office advised.

The NCSO and Casper PD said there is no active threat to the public.

Northbound traffic is limited on the 200 block of North David.
