Why Sofía Vergara felt empowered by sharing the truth behind her divorce

“In the public everything is so exaggerated,” Sofía added in a video for the magazine. “Everything is sometimes not interpreted in the right way. So life is already difficult. Having relationships is difficult. Problems are difficult. And then when you see it and you’re completely changed, you want to say, ‘What’s going on? hand?’ But you just get used to it. It is what it is. Being famous, so you can’t complain that much.’

However, she has made it clear what she wants in a partner: She tells the outlet that she is looking for someone with “health, money, fun,” children of their own, and who is in their late 40s to early 50s. And Sofía has learned a lot about love over the years.

“It’s tough,” she shared. “You never know what the future will bring. You should always give the best you can, be the best person for the other person. Be there for him/her when he/she needs you, when he/she is going through the most difficult time Hopefully that will come back to you one day.”
