Court ends ex-Amazon employees’ disability bias and retaliation lawsuit

A former Amazon fulfillment center employee failed to sufficiently state disability discrimination claims, a federal judge said, giving the tech giant a partial early victory on its proposed class action.

Amazon.com Services LLC has proven to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California that Michelle Rizvanovic, who has osteoporosis in her ankles and legs, has not had any adverse employment or retaliatory actions taken against her.
