Exclusive: Richa Chadha is expected to give birth to her first child in July

Richa Chadha, who is expecting her first child with Ali Fazal, will welcome her baby in July, IndiaToday.in has learned exclusively. The couple announced the same in February with an adorable post. According to reliable sources, Richa is currently entering the third trimester of pregnancy. She will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Heeramandi’.

Richa Chadha is expected to give birth to her first child in July. “After wrapping up the promotions of ‘Heeramandi’, Richa will now focus on her baby and her health in the third trimester. During this time, she will spend time reading scripts and working on production-level projects under her label. The actress will resume work once she embraces motherhood in July,” a source told IndiaToday.in.

Her next two projects after ‘Heeramandi’, ‘Mirzapur 3’ and ‘Metro In Dino’ will release between June-July and September respectively.

Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal announced the former’s pregnancy in February 2024. “A small heartbeat is the loudest sound in the world,” read the caption.

Meanwhile, Richa Chadha will next be seen in ‘Heeramandi’. The actor shares screen space with Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Sharmin Segal. The series will premiere on Netflix on May 1, 2024.
