We’re on the hunt for a Customer Care & Marketing Assistant extraordinaire who’s ready to dive into the exciting world of fashion. If you’re bursting with enthusiasm, love to take the lead, and can’t wait to spread some joy while championing our core values ​​like “Customer is Queen”, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

  • Manage all customer communications across email, chat, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with a focus on finding positive resolutions.
  • Process customer refunds efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement strategic improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer care information across all channels and document processes.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, database updates, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with managing and creating weekly content for our social media channels
  • Assisting with gifting and partnerships
  • Coordination of product ghosting photoshoots
  • Artwork creation such as social tiles and grading pages
  • Product page setup
  • Being in the know with all things Social Media
  • Photography and photo editing tasks where required
  • Assisting with events, shoots, bookings and general admin and project support.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in ecommerce customer care, preferably within the fashion or similar industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative to address customer needs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a working car.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Mac operating systems and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar web platforms is a plus.
