AD Ports Group has announced that its port cluster is expanding its business remit to include the global distribution of marine lubricants.

The announcement followed a strategic agreement with Adnoc Distribution, the UAE’s leading manufacturer of marine and automotive lubricants.

Under the terms of the agreement, the port cluster will leverage its connectivity and advanced infrastructure to distribute in-demand global standard lubricants to customers in the UAE in the initial phase, which will then be expanded to a global distribution footprint. Both sides have agreed to work jointly to expand the global marine lubricants market due to its vital importance to the shipping and maritime industries.
