The next stop on the ATP and WTA Tours is underway and it will take players to the clay courts of Madrid. The tournament started last week and runs until May 5. We’ve rounded up everything you need to know about the tournament, including where to watch Madrid Open live streams.

Carlos Alcaraz holds the men’s singles title for the 2022 and 2023 tournaments and is looking to make history this year by winning his third Madrid Open in a row. 2024 has brought a number of ups and downs for the tennis star. After winning Indian Wells and reaching the quarterfinals of the Miami Open, Alcaraz had to miss the Monte-Carlo Masters due to an arm injury.

The women’s singles quarter-finals will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Top player Iga Świątek will take on Beatriz Haddad Maia on Tuesday morning, followed by a match between Madison Keys and Ons Jabeur later in the day. The men’s singles quarterfinals will be held throughout Wednesday.

The Madrid Open women’s matches will be broadcast on TVNZ in New Zealand from Sunday, April 28. WTA Tour matches will be available to stream, including the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals. You just need to create a free account to sign up.
