In accordance with the provisions of Labor Law No. 4857 and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied when Recruiting Employees in Public Institutions and Organizations, the Notary Lottery has been closed among the candidates who will apply through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) for the permanent employee positions whose distribution is shown in the table below, employed under the command of our Presidency, the Bayburt Provincial Directorate of Migration Management. Staff will be recruited on this basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- Be a Turkish citizen, without prejudice to the provisions of Law No. 2527 on the freedom of foreigners of Turkish origin to practice their professions and arts in Turkey and to be employed in public, private institutions or workplaces,

2- Be at least 18 years old on the announcement date,

3- Even if pardoned, crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy. Must not be convicted of manipulating bids, tampering with the execution of an act, laundering or smuggling assets resulting from a crime,

4- Not having any relationship with the military service on the date of announcement (to have done so, to be suspended or exempt),

5- Not to be deprived of public rights,

6- Have no health problems or similar conditions that could prevent him from performing his duties uninterruptedly,

7- Be positive in response to security research and/or archive research,

8- Not to receive any old age, old age or disability pension from any social security institution,

9- As a resident of Bayburt County as of the announcement date,

10- Candidates entitled to priority recruitment must be in possession of a document proving their priority status, as specified in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulations on the procedures and principles to be applied when recruiting employees in public institutions and organizations.

11- The probationary period of the employees to be recruited shall be a maximum of two months, and the employment contracts of those who are not successful within the probationary period will be terminated without compensation without the need for a notice period.

12- For permanent employee positions, a draw will be held in the presence of a notary for the most important and the same number of replacement candidates as the number of vacant positions, based on the lists sent by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and including all applicants who meet the demand conditions to fulfil.

13- Applications are submitted for one title only. Applications for more than one title will not be accepted.

14- Applications from candidates who are subsequently determined not to meet the application requirements will be terminated by the Presidency at any stage of the announcement/examination process. Legal action will be taken against those who provide false documents or statements. If labor transactions have been made, their transactions will be canceled and if compensation has been paid to them by the administration, this compensation will be compensated with statutory interest.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND DATE

Applications will be submitted online through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) (esube.iskur.gov.tr) between 29/04/2024 and 03/05/2024. Applications submitted in person, by post or by email will not be accepted.
