Fashion retailer’s newest brand opens in the thriving Trentham Shopping Village

Fashion retailer Quba & Co is the latest high-end brand to open a store in the thriving Trentham Shopping Village. The British nautical heritage clothing chain has chosen Stoke-on-Trent for its first branch in the Midlands.

Founded in 1996 in the picturesque town of Salcombe, Quba & Co was born from a ‘passion for sailing and the coastal lifestyle’. It sells a range of statement jackets and bags made from recycled sailcloth, as well as a full range of women’s and men’s clothing.

Gareth Hine, senior asset manager at Trentham, said: “Quba & Co is a great addition to Trentham Shopping Village, offering our customers even more choice in outdoor lifestyle clothing at fantastic prices.

“This latest opening now means that all of our inline units in the shopping village are now fully occupied, housing a unique mix of independent and nationally renowned brands across more than 80 wooden lodges.”

The new Quba & Co store is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The latest addition to Trentham Shopping Village comes as Italian restaurant Anasma sets up shop in the former Cafe Davide unit which has been vacant for a number of months.

It will be run by the team behind Anasma Greek Bakery, which already has a cafe in Trentham Shopping Village. It also has a bakery in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The new restaurant will open next month.
