ITV Love Island fans see hint that couple are back together after luxury shopping spree

Love Island fans are convinced Ella Thomas and Tyrique Hyde are back together after they appeared to enjoy a luxury shopping trip together.

The pair met on Love Island in 2023 and started dating before splitting in November last year, only to rekindle their romance and then split again.

But their latest Snapchat messages indicate they could be spending time together again as they were both at Selfridges on Saturday, April 27.

Ella posted plenty of selfies from the store, as well as a Louis Vuitton bag. She also showed off a pair of green and white sneakers, which retail for more than £1,000.

Tyler, 24, posted a photo from the same store, with a cryptic caption: “Forgive,” with a white love heart.

OK! has reached out to Ella and Tyrique’s reps for comment.

At the beginning of April, Ella broke her silence on her split from Tyrique when she confirmed on social media that they are no longer together – but the footballer also gave a rather fiery response.

In her first words about the split, Ella hosted a Snapchat Q&A on Sunday (March 31). She was asked, “Are you still dating Ty?”, and she replied, “Just to clear things up, we are not together…

“I didn’t talk about it as we were sorting things out and dealing with it privately. Both agree this is for the best and wish him the best. All love. Thank you to everyone who has supported us together and individually (heart -emoji),” Ella continued.

However, her ex quickly came back with a response and said exactly what he thought of Ella’s announcement. He made it clear that a public statement was ‘not his style’ but typical of Love Island contestants.

When Ty hosted his own Snapchat Q&A, a follower asked him, “Ella announced your breakup and you have nothing to say no to!”

The TV star then said: ‘Do you want me to say it? This is my life. Have you announced your breakup to the world? Just because people on Love Island usually make statements doesn’t mean I have to…’ That’s not my part. Thank you to all my followers who show love. LAATAA.”

Despite meeting Ella on Love Island, Tyrique has always insisted on maintaining a degree of privacy when it comes to their relationship.

Tyrique said of Capital Xtra: “Our relationship is between us, what happens behind closed doors, it’s just the two of us.

“But people sometimes like to put their little input in the DMs, in the request on social media. It’s shocking.” He continued: “I don’t know what they’re trying to do, I think they’re just sitting at home and making their Twitter fingers go crazy.”
