Saudi Arabia signs visa-free deal with another country: details inside

RIYADH – Saudi Arabia and Cyprus have agreed on mutual visa waivers for holders of diplomatic and special passports, it emerged on Thursday.

An agreement on this was agreed by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his counterpart Constantinos Kombos in Riyadh.

During their meeting, the ministers discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as ways to further strengthen them in various areas and intensify bilateral coordination on issues of common interest, Saudi Gazette reported.

It must be emphasized that the government of Saudi Arabia is diversifying its revenue stream to divert it from oil under the command of the ambitious Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman.

The government has also announced the launch of airline Riyadh Air, which will compete with regional and international rivals in the coming years.
