Man forces camel to smoke cigarettes at Rajasthani-themed restaurant; Video viral

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A video of animal abuse has emerged on social media, showing a man forcing a camel to smoke its cigarette. The video is said to be of a Rajasthani-themed restaurant in Indore’s Rau.

The Rau police have registered a report against the unknown person and are looking for the suspect.

According to police, Priyanshu Jain of People for Animals has filed a complaint based on a video of a man allegedly trying to make a camel smoke a cigarette at a Rajasthani-themed restaurant, Nakhrali Dhani. After investigating the case, the police registered a case under Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and initiated investigation to identify the suspect.

Animal abuse is increasing

The number of cases of animal abuse is increasing at an alarming rate and reflects a disturbing trend in society. In addition to this disturbing phenomenon, there appears to be a growing trend in cigarette consumption.
