Tranquility & Teachings William Monague Plate Set, Indigenous Collection Brand by CAP, is being recalled because it may exceed FDA guidelines on leachable lead in products containing food. There is no safe level of lead consumption. Lead is especially dangerous for small children because their bodies are smaller and growing.

The recalled product is the Tranquility & Teachings William Monague plate set, Indigenous Collection brand from CAP. Each box contains two plates and each plate measures 7.5 inches in diameter. The stock code on the box is PLT015 and the UPC number is 772665860151. The plates have no codes. The recall notice does not include photos of the license plates.

Tranquility plate number one artwork features a lakeside landscape at night in blue and green with an eagle and moon in the night sky and 3 turtles and bullrushes in the foreground. The artwork from Teachings plate number two shows a lakeside landscape at night in blue and green with a large moon in the sky and a glowing teepee with people in it in the center.

The records were distributed at retail level in Canada and in these states in the United States: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin .
