Trump exposed as ‘co-conspirator’ with Giuliani in…

Former President Donald Trump, his ex-lawyer Rudy Giuliani and his former chief of staff Mark Meadows are all unindicted co-conspirators in a Michigan case seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has filed criminal charges against sixteen “fake electors” who falsely claimed to represent the state in casting electoral votes for Trump, despite Joe Biden’s legitimate victory.

Nessel’s statement last summer highlighted the fraudulent nature of the scheme and emphasized that it was an organized effort to circumvent the legitimate outcome of Michigan’s 2020 election, violating state laws and undermining public trust. In court, one of Nessel’s team members revealed during questioning by a suspect’s attorney that Trump, Giuliani and Meadows were unindicted co-conspirators in the case.

“The actions of the counterfeit voters undermined public confidence in the integrity of our elections and, in our view, also clearly violated the laws under which we administer our elections in Michigan,” Nessel said in a statement at the time. plan as “an organized effort to circumvent the legally cast ballots of millions of Michigan voters in a presidential election.”

These developments add to a list of legal problems for Trump, Giuliani and Meadows. All three have also been charged in Georgia for their alleged role in efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in that state. Meadows has been charged with violating Georgia’s RICO law and trying to get a government official to violate his oath, while Giuliani faces additional charges, including making false statements and conspiring to create false paperwork. Trump himself is indicted on ten counts in Georgia.

These charges coincide with Trump’s other ongoing and looming legal battles. In New York, he is accused of falsifying company records related to hush-money payments to cover up alleged extramarital affairs. At the federal level, Trump is facing charges related to the 2020 election and keeping classified documents after leaving the White House.
