Meet (and adopt) the sweet and squirmy ‘Sif’, RASKC’s pet of the week!

Meet the sweet and curvy ‘Sif’, RASKC’s pet of the week!

Two-year-old Sif is a 58-pound male Siberian Husky who was brought to RASKC by a Good Samaritan on April 1, 2024. Although he had a microchip, unfortunately no one came for Sif. His name comes from “Sifjar”, which means bonds and relationships. Once you earn his trust, Sif is yours forever!

Sif is a dog that loves treats and toys and likes to ‘sit’ for them. He is full of energy and loves to play! Sif’s favorite game is playing ‘stay away’ with a toy in his mouth. Sif played with a female Husky when he was at RASKC and they both had the same personality… a bit forward and not the best at taking corrections from their playmates. Sif would do best with a dog that can handle his boisterous personality, or as the only dog in the house.

Adopting Sif comes with many benefits, including 30 days of opt-in health insurance through Trupanion and discounted training through GoodPup. Sif is neutered and current on vaccines. As Pet of the Week, Sif’s adoption costs have been reduced!

If you’re looking for an energetic best friend to add to your family, visit Sif at RASKC! RASKC is located at 21615 64e Ave S, in Kent, is open from 12pm to 5pm on weekdays and from 12pm to 4pm at weekends.
