Daniel Radcliffe and Jonathan Groff play a major role in the castmate’s wedding

Daniel Radcliffe and Jonathan Groff played a major role in Lindsay Mendez’s wedding ceremony.

Tony’s successful actress and musical theater star included her “Merrily We Roll Alongside” castmates in her wedding earlier this week when she tied the knot with actor J. Alex Brinson.

On Monday (22.04.24), Jonathan officiated the ceremony, while Daniel was the official ring bearer, as seen in photos from the wedding on Instagram.

Lindsay met her husband when she was engaged on the CBS drama ‘All Rise’, so they introduced their engagement last Christmas (25.12.23).

Meanwhile, the loved-up couple are also expecting a child together, so they revealed the happy news on Instagram alongside a photo of crocheted children’s slippers.

Lindsay – whose three-year-old daughter Lucy was a flower lady from a previous relationship – took to Instagram earlier this month to make the announcement.

She wrote: “Our house band is getting bigger and bigger! And we are bursting with joy! J and I can’t wait to make Lucy a huge sister and welcome our new child this fall.

“I am also so grateful for the continued support of my producers and company @merrilyonbway.

“Collectively, they made it so that I can happily work safely while raising this real-life Broadway kid.

“So I’ll probably continue with the present and end the run on July 7 with my unimaginable forgery. Come see (any) of us on the Hudson!”

Lindsay, Daniel and Jonathan star on Broadway in “Merrily We Roll Alongside,” a musical based largely on the 1934 play of the same name by George S. Kaufman and Moses Hart.

The present follows the lives of friends Frankilin Shepard (Jonathan), Charley Kringas (Daniel), and Mary Flynn (Linsday) over twenty years, and their story is told in reverse chronological order.

‘Harry Potter’ actor Daniel’s stint comes after a busy 2023, following roles in ‘Miracles Employees’, ‘Mulligan’ and ‘Digiman!’, as he pairs Ethan Hawke and Jessica Biel in the upcoming drama ‘Batso’.
