She accessorized her chic look with a brown leather handbag, sparkling earrings, two layered necklaces and several rings.

The outing comes five months after Osbourne admitted in an interview with the Daily Mail that she looked “skinny” after losing “too much” weight.

“I’m too skinny, and I can’t put on any weight. I want it because I feel like I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 (pounds), and I don’t want to be,” she shared. the outlet in November 2023. “Be careful what you wish for.”

According to Osbourne, she lost 42 pounds after she started taking Ozempic, an injectable drug used to treat type 2 diabetes, in December 2022.

By the time she did the interview, Osbourne was no longer on Ozempic because she “couldn’t afford to lose any more weight.”

The former ‘X Factor’ judge, who has been open about her struggles with bulimia, warned against allowing teenagers to take Ozempic and other similar drugs to lose weight.

“You can lose so much weight, and it’s easy to become addicted to it, which is very dangerous,” she said.

While the media personality insisted she doesn’t care what people say about her appearance, Osbourne’s weight loss sparked concern among fans and social media users.

‘The sad thing is that she shouldn’t have worried about her weight at all. Her family all love her, regardless of her size, and I’m sure it must be painful for them to see her like this. Shocking actually how wasted she is away. She must regret going down this path,” one online commenter wrote.

“All this Ozempic stuff and girls removing belly fat is just disgusting (to be honest). It’s your body to do whatever you want, but you’re turning 20 years old. No idea how they think it’s a beauty treatment, it’s the opposite,” another person tweeted.

One critic claimed that the weight loss “made her look a lot older.”

Osbourne’s daughter Kelly Osbourne recently denied that her own 85-pound weight loss was due to taking Ozempic.

“I haven’t used Ozempic,” Kelly told Extra last week. “I don’t know where that came from. My mother (Sharon) used Ozempic.”

The 39-year-old singer and TV personality attributed her rapid weight loss to cutting sugar and carbs from her diet after the birth of her son Sidney in 2022.

But even though she said she never used it, Kelly praised Ozempic during an interview with E! News in January, called it “amazing.”

“There are a million ways to lose weight,” Kelly said at the time. “Why not do it through something that isn’t as boring as exercise?”
