Griffith Park Earth Day Celebration – Daily Sundial

The Friends of Griffith Park hosted an Earth Day celebration Saturday, with the Los Angeles community helping to plant native species and remove invasive plants. The Friends of Griffith Park were joined by the mayor, a city councilor and Parks and Recreation staff. They highlight how the city is becoming more sustainable and what LA citizens can do to make a difference to our environment.
