Macaroni for vaccines, Interior Health donates to Central Okanagan Food Bank

Interior Health has made a major donation to the Central Okanagan Food Bank to celebrate National Immunization Awareness Week.

Approximately 784,980 pieces of macaroni were donated to the food bank, representing the same number of vaccinations completed in the region last year.

Interior Health celebrated the news on Facebook and thanked the hundreds of employees involved in vaccine delivery year after year.
