Rishi Sunak has announced that UK defense spending will increase to 2.5% of GDP by 2030. ‘Over the next six years we will invest an additional £75 billion in our defense. And it will be fully funded without increasing borrowing or debt,” he said during a visit to Poland, adding that British spending would be put on a “war footing”.
