Justice, hearings on the efficiency of civil trials and the granting of parole

ROME – On Wednesday, April 24, the Justice Committee of the House, in the context of the consideration of the draft legislative decree on additional and corrective provisions to the legislative decree of October 10, 2022, n. 149, implementing law November 26, 2021, n. 206, which includes a delegation to the Government for the efficiency of civil proceedings and for the revision of the regulation of alternative dispute resolution instruments and urgent measures for the rationalization of procedures relating to the rights of individuals and families, as well as in matters of coercive execution, carries the following video conference hearings:

• 8.45 am representatives of the Italian Association of Magistrates for Minors and Families (AIMMF);
• 9:00 am Francesco Vigorito, President of the Court of Civitavecchia;
• 09.15 representatives of the Council of the Bar Association of Florence, representatives of the Triveneta Union of Councils of the Bar Association, representatives of the National Union of Civil Chambers, representatives of the Italian Association of Lawyers for Family and Minors (Aiaf) ; representatives of the forensic movement.

However, at 10 a.m., a hearing will take place with the Council of the National Guarantor of the Rights of Persons Detained or Deprived of their Personal Liberty as part of the consideration of the draft law that “Amendments to the Law of July 26, 1975, n. 354, on the granting of early release and temporary provisions concerning its application”.
