President Joe Biden is expected to visit the village of Irvington on Thursday for a celebrity fundraiser.

Police are warning motorists of possible traffic delays and route changes from mid-afternoon through rush hour. They are urging motorists to avoid traveling in the Village of Irvington area after 2 p.m. While traffic delays are expected, they do not expect the visit to impact Metro-North’s Hudson Line.

It will be Biden’s third visit as president to Westchester.
