Employees who go the extra mile in their position are a rarity.

Now employees sniffling with narcissistic pettiness?

That’s a dime a dozen. That is simple.

But taking small revenge on people like that is so much fun to read about vicariously.

This is not my story, but my friend’s.

My friend worked in a jewelry store and the clothes were a suit.

She loves her job because she is surrounded by precious metals and stones every day. She is a nerd for Victorian fashion or anything related to fashion, balls, princesses and royalty of Europe.

I don’t think any job is perfect.

Anyway, the only thing she hated about that job was the manager, Suzie.

According to my friend’s story, Suzie has an attitude similar to the fairy godmother from Shrek, very nice in front of customers, but then bares her teeth when they leave.

Being a passive-aggressive child to customers about her employees was this boss’s MO

Her favorite pastime was chatting with a customer while ‘criticizing’ the employees with comments about their appearance, appearance or how the accessories they were wearing did not suit their skin tone and the like.

And she seems to have a grudge against my friend, probably because she deals with the customer over small trivial matters.

Like “did you know jade has a hidden meaning” and the like, and it made a lot of people come back to the store.

One day Suzie came in extremely p****d and started talking to my friend about how she looks.

Please note that she dresses as simply as possible as she loves all things fashion related to the 14th century.

And that it should look the way the customer wants to look.

The idea popped into her head.

I imagined a light going off on her head and blood rushing to her face as she thought about things she could wear and stuff.

So all week, which intersects with Valentine’s Day, she dressed in dresses and dresses, paired with accessories that made her look like a Barbie princess.

All the time people came up to her about the dress, the accessories and the theme which she happily explained.

Wait for it…

Suzie was steaming all the time, she tried to get her fired, but the owner was there because of the upcoming holiday and was happy with the increase in sales then.

I managed to sneak past and saw her in a white dress that screamed ‘Frozen’ if it had an oriental vibe, and Suzie was glaring from behind.

I heard she left after the week was over without notice and someone else got promoted. My friend wasn’t too concerned about that because the current manager had seniority and was quite cold, so she’s happy.

All’s well that ends well Real Good.

Let’s see what people had to say.

It just screams narcissism, doesn’t it?

She should have given that woman a raise.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
