Redlands’ Library Day focuses on games, music and food – San Bernardino Sun

“Tell Your Volunteer Story @ AKSPL,” honoring the contributions of volunteers, is the theme for the AK Smiley Public Library’s free Library Day event, held Saturday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the library and outside in Smiley Park.

Activities at the park include face painting, games, a magic show and live music by Blue Hwy, according to the library’s newsletter.

The library’s Assembly Room also allows visitors to explore the library’s new video game collection.

An In-N-Out Burger truck will be at the park starting at 11:30 a.m. and Happy Camper Creamery will be serving gelato. Food and ice cream are free, but supplies are limited.

Blue Hwy will provide music from noon to 2 p.m
