Asunción, Agencia IP.- The National Defense Council (Codena) held a meeting on Monday in Mburuvichá Roga, chaired by the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, and with Dr. Evan Ellis, a professor at the US Army War College’s Strategic Studies Institute (SSI), as a guest, shared his experiences with the security system.

In addition to the head of state, other members of the National Defense Council also took part in the meeting, including the Minister of Defense, Oscar González, and the Minister of the Interior, Enrique Riera, among others.

“With the National Defense Council (Codena), we received Dr. Evan Ellis, a professor at the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI) of the US Army War College, to share experiences and discuss national security challenges,” Peña reported via his account on X.
