Megan Thee Stallion sued for workplace harassment

A former cameraman, Emilio Garcíahas filed a lawsuit against Grammy-winning rapper Megan Thee stallionaccusing her of promoting a hostile work environment and several labor law violations, including harassment and unpaid wages.

Garcia, who worked with the rapper from 2018 to 2023, detailed a series of grievances in the complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed.

Among the allegations, Garcia claims he was humiliated during a tour of Spain in June 2022 when Stallion engaged in sexual activity in a moving vehicle he was present in. “I felt ashamed, mortified and offended throughout the entire ordeal,” Garcia said in the lawsuit.
