Holy Hound Taproom in downtown York City is for sale


The Holy Hound Taproom, with craft beer and a ton of food choices in downtown York City, is for sale.

The 6,100-square-foot building at 57 W. Market St. is for sale for just over $1.7 million through True Commercial Real Estate. The price includes the company, liquor license and assets.

Open since 2012, Holy Hound is a York City staple for craft beer and food lovers, offering a rotating tap list of 30 beers, as well as a full menu, according to the listing. There is also a full drinks service.

The business is located on the first floor of the historic National House Hotel, located on the corner of West Market Street and North Beaver Street in the city’s Market District.
