Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Workout Routine Is Just as “Tortured” as Her Poetry!

Swift’s personal trainer, Kirk Myers, says her workout would make others throw up.

While writing hit albums and performing sold-out tours, Taylor Swift still manages to stay as fit as ever!

In a recent interview with Vogue, fitness instructor Kirk Myers ultimately identified himself as the “Fortnight” singer’s personal trainer.

“I’m ready to be known as ‘Taylor Swift’s trainer,’” Myers said. “I don’t think there is a cooler title.”

Myers, who also founded LA’s Dogpound Gym, is known to have trained several celebrities, including actors Tom Holland, Hugh Jackman and Jacob Elordi. He has also trained models Adriana Lima, Kaia Gerber and Karlie Kloss.

Of Swift, he said, “Her work ethic is just incredible.”

While Myers offers Dogpound memberships for those who want to experience a similar workout, he warned that Swift’s routine is brutal: “It’s really hard, some people would probably throw up or lie on the floor if they trained like her.”

The Dogpound Gym founder also admired Swift’s determination to take on challenges and continually improve: “She is the most resilient person I have ever met.”

He continued, “If you’ve seen the show, you know how physically intense it is. Imagine doing that for three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few days off and you still go to the gym. That’s Taylor.”

Myers further described Swift’s intense training program, specifically designed for her demanding tour schedule. Off-season training focused on strength and conditioning up to six days a week, while in-season training focused on maintaining stability and mobility.

According to Myers, Swift’s hard work always pays off, making her “stronger, better and faster.”

He also revealed that he met Swift through mutual friends, and that he was already a Swiftie – with a soft spot for ‘Shake It Off’, ’22’ and ‘The Man’.
