I know it’s popular to say that famous people are just like us, but sometimes it’s true. Just about everyone has wondered whether or not there is an afterlife and what it entails, and has pondered the existence of ghosts or other supernatural phenomena, and that includes celebrities. Well, actress/singer/dangles bikini wearer Kate Hudson She just said she can see dead people, and… let’s just listen to what she has to say, okay?

What did Kate Hudson say about seeing dead people?

See, when people talk about things like seeing ghosts, demons, etc. from the supernatural world, they usually talk about it in theoretical terms. That’s because in some circles (the Earth. The Earth is the circle) they say things like, “After my grandmother died, she came to my house for dinner every night for a month,” which gives you bewildered/terrified looks. I have questions. Although these are probably not your standard questions after someone makes such a statement. I live my life here and I to have seen…something in the past, so I’m not going to judge her statement. Saying you see ghosts is one thing, but WTF does ‘I can see everything’ mean?!

Stern teased her a bit by asking if his late father was yelling in the studio and calling him an idiot, but I really wished he had asked some more specific questions afterward. What kind of ‘messages’ does she get and how do they get through? Where does she see “everything” and what is it? Are we talking about dead people plus demons possessing people, angels saving people from a disastrous fate, ghosts, poltergeists, mythological creatures, vampires, werewolves…SKRULLS THAT MASSAGE LIKE HUMANS?!?!

And how do her experiences, which seem quite extensive, match up with other celebrity ghost sightings? Has she ever had one? sex with a ghost like Bobby Brownor was tempted to become so engaged to marry one of these spirits? Does she have one? ghost guard like Octavia Spencer? She continued, noting that she thinks the afterlife as a whole has a factual, science-based explanation leading to all the dead people she’s seen before:

It’s more likely scientific than we even know. I think it’s very multi-dimensional. We’ll see when we get there, but I think it’s going to be damn weird. But beautiful.

I don’t know about you, but I consider myself very lucky that 1) I only saw something once and 2) it was just strange and didn’t fill me with absolutely life-altering dread, so whether there’s a scientific reason for ghosts or No, I don’t worry. As for the potential weirdness of the afterlife: Kate, that’s a problem future Adrienne will have to figure out, because modern Adrienne already has enough going on.
