Hunter Luxury, a leading provider of full-service packaging solutions for some of the world’s largest beauty and spirits brands, will showcase its bespoke brilliance at Luxe Pack New York, the global platform for luxury packaging. The leading provider of full-service packaging solutions will join more than 200 other exhibitors at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan, NY, May 8-9 for the annual trade show for creative luxury packaging.

Hunter Luxury, a partner of choice for luxury brands around the world, will use three recent projects to showcase its unrivaled credentials in helping brands connect with their consumers. The coveted team will showcase its portfolio of work over two days, showcasing its brand new Numoo Skin Revive range, its work with Joonbyrd on its debut products and its luxurious hand-carved oak case concept for Glenglasshaugh’s Serpentine Coastal Cask. Collection.

Hunter Luxury will debut some of its latest beauty and cosmetics offerings at the event: Numoo, one of eight ‘Inspiration’ collections, perfect for samples, discovery and gift sets. Following the unveiling of the ‘Numoo Naturally Cleansing’ range last year, Hunter will debut the new ‘Numoo Skin Revive’ at this year’s show, showcasing the luxurious spa-like experience that many consumers want to recreate at home. Numoo Skin Revive provides consumers with high-quality skin care tools for skin rejuvenation and product application routines, including gua sha tools, facial wands, massagers, mask applicators and more.

According to Pippa Bell, Head of Beauty at Hunter Luxury, the brand new Numoo range allows brands to stay ahead and keep up with changing consumer demands in a rapidly changing cosmetics market.

“Beauty packaging, gifts and accessories exist in a complex and rapidly changing world,” she says. “But it’s a world we still understand better than most. Understanding that the meaning of true luxury is constantly changing, we regularly make our customers’ high-definition visions and dreams come true. We help them find their luxury. Our talented team pushes boundaries to ensure brands deliver on both a physical and emotional level, and we all strive to make every interaction between a brand and its consumer truly matter.

“Hunter Luxury will demonstrate that with the right approach, materials, design and partner, it is possible to create luxury solutions that meet consumer demands, are environmentally responsible and elevate the entire product experience. Luxe Pack New York will be a fantastic opportunity to explain why some of the world’s biggest brands keep coming back to us year after year.”

Luxe Pack New York will also feature Joonbyrd, a performance-driven body care range that aims to ‘reimagine wellness’. Founded by one of the world’s leading dermatologists, Dr. Alexis Granite, each Joonbyrd product is designed to tell a unique story, infused with joyful and nostalgic feelings.

From the basic silicone sleeves on all bottles and jars and the stone Body Guasha to the Minis Collection Silicone Bag, with matching EVA inserts and brand charm and lenticular print PR boxes, Hunter Luxury provided inspiration and bespoke design services to to capture the imagination and bring innovation to this truly unique project.

Hunter Luxury will then present its recent work with Brown Forman and the Glenglassaugh team on the very limited Highland Whiskey Collection for 2024. The highly anticipated Serpentine Coastal Cask collection of 48, 49 and 51 year old whiskies, featured in the exhibition for the First on public display, it takes its name from the precious serpentine stone found in the cliffs surrounding the Speyside-based distillery.

The exclusive cask is presented in a beautiful box made from hand-carved oak, crafted to evoke the waves of the North Sea lapping on the beach just a few meters away from the distillery itself. The wooden case is complemented by a central medallion of die-cast zinc alloy surmounting a custom blue enamel and gold insignia, and brass hinges that have been enhanced and protected by electroplating. Inside, the bottle sits in a central glorifier, constructed from 27 individual pieces of white oak. This sits atop a push-to-release drawer that contains a full-colour, foil-adorned 20-page presentation booklet – bound with fabric, printed on premium paper and individually customized to describe the character of each vessel.

Paul Hamilton, Head of Spirits at Hunter Luxury, who personally visited the area to understand the story before setting up the business, explained; “We worked hard to understand the brief and define the feel of the Glenglassaugh coastal brand. The packaging evokes feelings of the tides of change experienced over the decades or of maturation with the bespoke and wave-like oak design.

“Each cask offers an exceptional sensory experience, reflecting different facets of the distillery’s coastal character and provenance. The result is a truly high-quality and heritage-rich presentation.”

Hunter Luxury will be on stand C31.

Packaging South Asia – resilient, growing and impactful – daily, monthly – always responsive

The 17-year-old multi-channel B2B platform in print and digital fits the growth trajectory of the sector. The packaging industries in India, South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East are looking beyond the resilience of the past three years. They resume capacity expansion and diversification, with high technology and automation in new factories and projects.

As we present our 2024 release plan, India’s real GDP growth for the financial year ending March 31, 2024 will be above 6%. The growth of the packaging industry will match GDP growth in volume and exceed it by at least 3% in terms of nominal growth, allowing price inflation of energy, raw materials, consumables and capital goods.

Flexible film production capacity in India has increased by 45% in the last four years. Now that orders are ready, we expect another 20% capacity expansion in 2024 and 2025. The capacity in the field of mono cartons, corrugated cardboard, aseptic liquid packaging and labels is growing in a similar manner. As the consumption story returns over the next six months, we expect demand to return and exceed the growth trajectory of previous years. The numbers are positive for most economies in the region – and as our analyzes show, our platform is increasingly reaching and influencing them.

Responsible and sustainable packaging, with its associated regulations and compliance, has significant room to grow in India and the region. Our coverage spans the entire packaging supply chain – from concept to shelf and through to waste collection, sorting and recycling.

We target brand owners, product managers, raw material suppliers, packaging designers and processors, and recyclers. This is a large and complex canvas – the only thing that can work is your agile thinking and innovation, together with our continuous learning and perseverance.

The coming year looks to be a good one in this region, and this is the right time to plan your participation and marketing communications – in our rich and highly targeted business platform with human resources on site. Share your thoughts and plans to inspire and mobilize our editorial and advertising teams!
