To tackle stress and increase mental well-being, Brahma Kumaris organizes a public program focused on meditation.

The program, scheduled for Wednesday, May 15, aims to equip people with mechanisms to cope with the challenges of modern life.

With stress levels rising everywhere, people are exploring methods to support mental health.

Recognizing the transformative power of meditation, Brahma Kumaris, who are celebrating 40 years of service in the Philippines, are taking steps to introduce its benefits to people.

The program, which will take place at Gateway Gallery, 5th Floor of Gateway Tower, General Aguinaldo Avenue in Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City, will feature veteran meditation teacher Usha Naik, who will guide participants through techniques to relieve stress and achieve inner peace to improve.

BK Usha is a senior Raja Yoga teacher, management trainer, spiritual advisor and author who has traveled the world helping people overcome stress, anxiety, addiction and low self-esteem. She has received international awards such as the Hall of Fame from the Public Relations Council of India.

She has researched the epics of India, the ‘Ramayana’ and ‘Bhagwad Gita’, which are part of ‘Mahabharata’.

Participants can expect an immersive experience, with guided meditation and opportunities for reflection.
