Kohler Energy became an independent company under Platinum Equity

May 8, 2024 – Kohler Co. and Platinum Equity have completed the transaction to establish Kohler Energy as a separate, independent company. Platinum is now the majority owner of the energy sector, while Kohler Co. remains an investment partner. Financial details were not disclosed.
