Kroll appoints new COO Jennifer Huntington


Kroll’s global risk and financial advisory firm has appointed Jennifer Huntington as Chief Operating Officer. She will oversee Kroll’s global business operations and technology function to drive greater consistency, discipline and operational excellence.

Huntington joins Kroll with more than two decades of experience leading global business operations for organizations in the professional services and technology industries. She most recently served as director of business services and modernization at Amazon Web Services (AWS). During her time there, she was responsible for the strategy, operations and systems for the AWS Professional Services business, ProServe.

Prior to AWS, Huntington was Chief Operating Officer for the Americas at Genpact, where she led strategy and transformation efforts for the company’s delivery operations. She also held several senior leadership roles at SAP, where she led global operations, new product launches, enterprise go-to-market programming, and mergers and acquisitions integration.

At Kroll, Huntington will oversee the company’s global operations and technology function to drive greater consistency, discipline and operational excellence across the company’s professional and business shared services capabilities. She will also support Kroll’s growth strategy.
