Rahul/INC cannot face the Ayodhya election bombshell without publicly promising that (when in power) secularism and the rule of law will be protected in the SCI judgment on the Ayodhya title case. By Him Raj Jain

A former leader of the Indian National Congress (INC, the main opposition party and a key part of the INDIA Alliance), Acharya Pramod Krishnam, on Monday alleged that the INC’s top leader Rahul Gandji, in a meeting with his close aides, once had said, he would form a superpower committee to overturn the Ram Mandir decision, just like his father Rajiv Gandhi overturned Shah Bano’s decision,” as reported on https://www.msn.com/en-in/ money/topstories/acharya-pramod-krishnams-explosive-claim-rahul-gandhi-said-he-will-form-a-committee-to-overturn-ram-mandir-decision/ar-BB1lTQTB.

Reacting to this statement, Smriti Irani of the BJP (who in the past defeated Rahul Gandhi in the Loksabha election in Amethi constituency) said, “Today a horrifying truth about Rahul Gandhi has been presented to the country. The intention of Rahul Gandhi and the Gandhi family is that if they get even a little power, they will reverse the decision of Ram Mandir.”

To what extent has this Ayodhya dispute on Ram Mandir vs Babri Masjid been a highly sensitive issue for the community (which has immense potential to influence the outcome of any election in communally charged India, which was bifurcated in 1947 on the basis of religion, the two The nation theory first proposed in 1923 by Savarkar in his book ‘Hindutva’ (including the ongoing 2024 Lok Sabha elections) is known to anyone who knows anything about India and its political history, where the BJP, which won only two Lok Sabha seats in the 1984 elections eventually came to power/government in Delhi mainly on the said ‘Hindutva’ plank based on the Ram Mandir issue and the related ( after the demolition of the Babri Mosque in 1992) killing, injuring and molesting thousands of innocent Muslims in Gujrat 2002 during Chief Ministership of Narendra Modi, the current Prime Minister of India.

Currently it is only BJP candidate Smriti Irani, but one day, during a public election rally, Prime Minister Modi asks Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party to clarify their stand on the issue or -(‘if it comes to power/ government comes to Delhi, it would form a superpower committee to overturn the Ram Mandir decision, just like Rajiv Gandhi overturned Shah Bano’s decision)” – then it will create a communal storm in India (which Prime Minister Modi is already trying to to win for electoral advantage, again based on ‘Hindutva’ since April 21 when he called in an election speech in Banswars of Rajasthan (about 200 million Indian Muslims as infiltrators and producers of more children), as reported on https://www.outlookindia .com/elections/prime-minister-narendra-modi-hate-speech-rajasthan-rally-banswara-tonk-congress-manifesto-minority-remark

It doesn’t take a genius in political science to understand that if Rahul/Congress says they will, a significant section of Hindus, the 80% of India’s Hindu majority, will not support Congress and the INDIA alliance will vote, and if Rahul/Congress says If this were not the case, Muslims, the main electoral support base of the INDIA alliance (about 15% of the population of 200 million Muslim population in India), will not vote for the Congress and the INDIA alliance votes. In other words, the Congress and the INDIA alliance cannot deal with this Ayodhya bombshell electorally if Prime Minister Modi makes it an election issue.

Fortunately for the Congress Party, it can still overcome this difficulty/election crisis if the Congress Party/Rahul Gandhi says publicly (preferably through a press conference) that if it comes to power/government in Delhi, it will generally take the following two measures : listed at https://bangladeshchronicle.net/without-relying-on-the-us-muslims-cannot-get-justice-from-the-indian-state/ or https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/exclusive- reports -details/258

(1) – Congress will petition the SCI with prayer for restoration of status quo-ante of Babri-Masjid before final verdict in Ayodhya title case (which could go in favor of Hindus for the Ram Temple and which Congress Party will do that) support because it will be a judgment for Ram Temple in accordance with the law). Here it is in context to add to this petition that if the Babri Mosque was present and had not been demolished, the SCI would not have demolished the mosque (via court order) for the construction of the Ram Temple.

(2) – The Congress will receive a petition filed with the SCI with prayer for declaration that the non-removal of idols (which gave Huindus legally offensive possession (if not title) advantage in the title suit) for 70 years from the central dome of the Babri Mosque (in proceedings under Section 145 Cr.PC) idols, which were placed surreptitiously in the night in 1949 (since the time of former Prime Minister Nehru as mentioned in SCI’s November 2019 judgment on Ayodhya title suite) is a bad commentary on India’s law enforcement apparatus.

It goes without saying that Hindus will not mind the above position of the Congress Party, but rather welcome it (because Hindus (including Buddhists, Sikhs and Jains who are called Hindus under Article 25 of the Indian Constitution) know that India does not progress or even survive and the followers of religions based on non-violence cannot live a non-violent life if the laws of the Hindu majority in India are destroyed and if there is no rule of law in India). Therefore, Congress should also say that it will support Ram Mandir only if it is built according to law and without destroying India’s rule of law.

It is hoped that the Jains in India (the most respected and prosperous community in India due to its strong commitment to non-violence) who largely foolishly supported the HIndus on issues surrounding the Ram Mandir and the ‘demolition of the Babri Masjid’ (without to realize that Jainism is a state {which is nothing but law-based, national (including especially criminal) and international} religion, hence how Jains will lead a non-violent life if there is no rule of law in India and if the Supreme Court of India has found itself in a situation where it only claims to know the xyz of criminal law without understanding the ABCD)

It is also hoped that the Congress Party and its top leader Rahul Gandhi will not be intimidated by majoritarianism and will instead defend secularism and the rule of law in India by taking a principled stand on the Ayodhya dispute, which has been going on since the late 2000s. eighty has destroyed secularism. and the rule of law in India
