Morning Pointe Of East Hamilton Earns Deficiency-Free State Survey

Morning Pointe of East Hamilton Assisted Living and Memory Care recently achieved a deficiency-free clinical and life safety survey from the Tennessee Department of Health.

Officials said, “Senior health care communities must undergo unannounced state inspections annually. The clinical survey addresses aspects of care from proper medication to nutrition, hygiene to proper record keeping, staffing to resident and family feedback. Surveyors not only observe care but also conduct interviews .

The life safety survey addresses the physical state of the building and environment.”

Located at 1776 Generations Way, off East Brainerd Road, Morning Pointe of East Hamilton offers assisted living and memory care services with 24/7 access to clinical care. Meals are served with dietician oversight in a restaurant-style setting and with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Residents also enjoy a full life enrichment activity program, including regular outings, service projects, intergenerational programming and engaging community partnerships. Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are also available on-site.

The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, East Hamilton is currently under construction next door. It will offer two levels of memory care, including adding earlier memory care as a service on the campus. The Lantern is expected to open in early 2025.
