The unique aseptic pigging technology recovers product waste, reduces water consumption and shortens CIP (cleaning-in-place) time, especially for ambient temperature products. It reduces product loss from 4% to 0.5% by capturing residual dairy yield within the process piping with its projectile, an 87% improvement in product savings.

Storing dairy products at room temperature while maintaining their long shelf life requires special processing during and before packaging, leaving no room for post-contamination that could be harmful to consumers.
