Kim Kardashian sparked health concerns with her Met Gala dress on Monday night.

One of the biggest fashion events of the year took place last night, with some of the most famous faces taking part in their annual competition to see who can wear the weirdest clothes.

Celebrities from across television, music and film had to be imaginative with looks that matched the theme of The Garden of Time.

One of the most eye-catching looks from this year’s event was Kim Kardashian’s – but many were concerned about her fashion choice.

The reality star wore a silver corset-style John Galliano dress, decorated with leaves to match the theme, with the dress also featuring a metallic skirt and lace train.

However, it was the feature of the corset that made people concerned that the dress was dangerously tight around her waist.

Commenting on the look on social media, one person wrote: “I’m trying too much, baby. A corset that is too tight is not necessary.”

Another said: “Outfit looks good but are you breathing properly in it? Blink if you need oxygen therapy.”

A third commented: “You removed a rib?!? Where is your waist!!??!!”

Meanwhile, someone else joked that her “internal organs are screaming for help.”

“Kim Kardashian can’t breathe in that dress,” a fifth wrote.

This isn’t the first time Kardashian has made headlines with a Met Gala look. In 2022, she wore Marilyne Monroe’s famous ‘Happy Birthday Mr President’ dress.

This led to criticism from some who were unhappy that she chose to wear the unique dress and the damage Kardashian caused to it.
