Family crashes wedding in Bihar, attacks groom and his family

In Begusarai, Bihar, a family got into a violent situation because they forgot to invite their relatives for a wedding. Generally, families make sure that all their relatives are invited to the wedding. But this family forgot to send out invitations while getting ready for the wedding. This upset some family members. So they did something surprising that shocked everyone.

During the wedding, relatives dramatically burst in and attacked the groom, his family and other relatives with sticks. Many people were injured and had to go to hospital. The entire incident was captured on video by locals and shared widely on social media. Now, the police are investigating the incident based on the viral video to find out the reason behind the attack.

The consequences of inviting relatives to a wedding were serious. Roshan Kumar, son of Naresh Das, was getting ready for his wedding near Kargil Chowk in Makkah Chak Tola Ward No. 17, under the jurisdiction of Bakhri Police Station in Begusarai District. As the family and relatives prepared for the wedding, some uninvited relatives became upset. They surrounded the groom and his relatives and attacked them with sticks. Four vehicles in the procession were damaged and more than ten people were seriously injured. Witnesses filmed the incident.

The police have arrested the suspect. The investigation is being conducted by Bakhri police station. Locals reported that instead of going to his in-laws’ house, the groom went to the hospital. Other villagers and relatives are currently being treated at Barati Hospital. Inspector Vikas Kumar, the in-charge of Bakhri police station, along with his team, arrested misbehaving relative Ram Uday Das from the spot. The suspect admitted to the police that he had not received an invitation.

Some time ago, a wedding invitation from Uttar Pradesh went viral. The invitation reflected how the groom banned the entry of one person at his wedding. The viral invitation card stated that the wedding took place on April 15 at Jalesar Village, Etah. Rohit and Rajni got married amid a gathering of hundreds of guests. The invitation was sent to the groom’s friends named Upendra, Kamal, Imran, Rajesh and Dalveer, with a note that read, “Saurabh ko aana sakht mana hai.”
