Meghan Markle reportedly pressures Prince Harry to save ‘failing’ lifestyle: ‘All the criticism really falls on her’: China: Business Times

Meghan Markle’s new lifestyle company has barely come out of the box. However, a new report claims she fears the much-maligned venture will fail and husband Prince Harry in hiding will come to her rescue.

“Meghan still talks about a good game in public, but behind the scenes it’s a completely different story. There is no doubt that all the criticism really affects her,” an unnamed source told The National Enquirer.

The 42-year-old former “Suits” actress announced the launch of her company, American Riviera Orchard, in March. However, it was quickly criticized for the first batch of Meghan’s homemade strawberry jam after fans noticed “labels peeling off” from jars in photos uploaded to social media.

“The fact that so many people are already destroying her brand is a terrible sign, and the worry is that all the ridicule will tarnish the brand before it even fully launches,” an insider told the entertainment news channel.

Worse, rumors are growing that investors are not lining up to put money into the venture, which informants say is confusing Meghan. The Duchess of Sussex also accused of turning the screws on Prince Harry to attract backers.

‘She does her best not to let anyone see her sweat, but people around her whisper that there are many more problems than she is letting on. Harry is tasked with turning things around before it’s too late. He’s not used to harassing his contacts for money other than charity, but rumor has it that Meghan is demanding he start asking for some favors,” the tipster said.

Meghan and Prince Harry recently made a splash at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge, which benefited Sentebale, a charity the Duke of Sussex co-founded that helps children in Lesotho and Botswana, according to AP News. According to a mole, the father-of-two promoted his wife’s new venture to wealthy well-wishers who attended the luncheon in luxurious Wellington, Florida.

“It’s clearly outside Harry’s comfort zone, but he’s doing his best to keep Meghan happy. He always does what she tells him to do – and a lot rides on her Goop lifestyle impersonation. So, as you might imagine, the stress level right now for Meghan and everyone else involved with the brand is through the roof,” the snitch claimed.
